About

10-4 studio is a small design studio based in Eindhoven, founded by Milou Bergs and Edwin van Capelleveen.

We met while studying at the Design Academy Eindhoven

and have been working together ever since.

We work with both private and commercial clients, designing custom products and architectural interior elements for a wide range of spaces. From homes, restaurants and retail to offices and museums. Each project is developed specifically for its own context and function.

 

Our design approach combines thoughtful form with functionality.  We create projects that feel unique, while keeping things clear, simple, and carefully considered. Attention to detail is at the heart of everything we do.

Sometimes a product is further developed from something we designed during an interior project. It can begin with a detail, a material, a construction method, or a finish that catches our attention. When we see potential in it, we take it further, refine it, and develop it into a standalone product that can be produced on a larger scale.
 

These products are a natural extension of our design approach. They reflect the things we care about most: thoughtful details, balanced proportions, smart production methods, and carefully considered material and color combinations.
