RADAR restobar
Keizersgracht, Eindhoven
Radar is a new restobar located in the heart of Eindhoven. Owners Tim, Guy and Martin have a strong focus on quality dining, atmosphere and hospitality.
For this project, 10-4 studio was responsible for the design and realisation of a large part of the interior.
The concept is developed around the balance between refinement and warmth. Key elements such as the freestanding bar, custom window seating, wood panelling and polished stainless steel mirrors were carefully designed to create a space with a unique yet approachable character with a strong focus on the selection of materials, colours and detailing throughout the project.
Wood tones are combined with stainless steel elements, integrated bar lighting, textured surfaces and interesting tiles to create depth, contrast and atmosphere. Different materials and finishes complement each other in a way that feels balanced and surprising.
The freestanding bar forms the centrepiece of the space and offers a direct view into the live-fire open kitchen. It brings together many of the project’s material combinations, where deep tones, subtle textures and lighting create an inviting setting that naturally connects the restaurant with the overall dining experience.
We would like to thank our friend Jasper for his important role in bringing the project together, as well as the entire Radar team for the collaboration and trust throughout the process.
The result is a refined and welcoming restobar that adds a new destination to Eindhoven’s culinary scene.
